Introduction

I promised that we would not bombard you with eMails. Here is a roundup of progress to date and of our next meeting. This Newsletter is, unfortunately, not comprised of well-researched articles like the earlier Newsletters, but hopefully we will be able to notify you of more new content in due course. As a starter; see new content below

Next Meeting:

This is a new area of study for us, but should help to put some of our history talks into context. Details: Here, The meeting will be held in Kingswear Village Hall . 7.30 pm . Entry charged at £5.00 will include tea or coffee.

Website update:

Statistics:

Thus far 165 people have visited our website viewing a total of 559 pages. Although mainly in the UK, visitors have included those from the USA and Canada. We have received 2 questions; one related to the Kennels of Lupton House and the other to the Clubhouse of the Golf Club. Both have been answered. In addition, we have been contacted by someone who was involved in getting the Station listed and saving it from development. I will follow up on this.
